Trinity Operating Procedures (TOPs)
that apply to assigned duties
- Ask questions and clarify
any misconceptions

Rookie requirements:
To the extent possible, the following
training needs to be performed prior to a team member beginning a new
job. That training which cannot feasibly be performed in advance must
be completed within a timeline designated by the HR Manager.
- Required for all newly
hired team mambers:
- View "Introduction to
Trinity Forge" video
- Review General Guidelines,
especially top three priorities
- These additional training
modules are required when taking a job in any manufacturing
area:
- View forklift safety
video
- View electrical safety

- View fire safety video
- View safe lifting video
- View air grinder safety
video
- Training module: How to
Clock In and Out in M2M (HCOM)
- These additional training
modules are required when taking a position in specific
