Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Instill the philosophies of Trinity forge in all team members
- Schedule training and manage training room
- Maintain library of all training courseware
- Maintain training documents and files
- Identify training requirements for each Team Position
- Develop, implement, and train employees
- Improve training program in keeping with company goals and vision
Rookie requirements:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in human resources or training employees
- Knowledge of training methodologies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Knowledge of occupational laws and regulations
- Flexibility in schedule
- Ability to work independently

Physical activity
involved:
- Substantial walking, some climbing of ladders
- Exposure to heat and cold weather
- Extensive periods of sitting and using the computer
- Limited business travel
