Customer Service Representative
Objective:
To educate employees assigned to Customer Service the skills necessary
to assist customers
Syllabus:
Two sessions:
- Session 1 - Two week training on the procedures as
defined
in TOP-ORDER;
training concentrates on how to enter customer purchase orders and how
to perform contract review of customer purchase orders; performance
is evaluated daily during the first two weeks
- Session 2 - How to process customer open order
reports and
utilize customer web sites for processing orders and inquiries
Completion:
Sign off by instructor that employee has successfully
completed the training course. Verification of effectiveness of
training to be confirmed by VP-Operations
Notes:
Performance is evaluated weekly; additional training is
performed
whenever an internal procedure is changed
