Scope: This procedure covers reporting and analyzing metrics to be used to determine the effectiveness of the Order Fulfillment process.
Procedure:

| 1 | QA Manager | Annually, prior to Management Review Meeting | Previous Quality Objectives | Send report of metrics to the members of the Management Review committee and to all officers, to be reviewed by the Management Review committee and during the annual Strategic Planning meeting in order to determine if the metrics are effectively monitoring the Trinity Forge process of product realization, the Order Fulfillment Process. These reports are also to be included in the management review packet. |

QA Manager | Monthly after reviewing updated Quality Objectives | Quality Objectives | Determine if any trend from any objective indicates the need for corrective action (typically three consecutive reports with negative trends); if corrective action is needed, refer to TOP- CARRR. |
