and responsibilities:
- Provide management with
accurate financial statements and operational reports in a timely
manner.
- Assist the public
accountant with financial information adequate to file all required
state and federal tax returns.
- Ensure timely filing of
accurate reports as needed for government agencies and trade
associations.
- Manage departments per the
Organizational Structure.
- Develop and refine the
financial systems.
- Work closely with various departments in the
implementation of efforts involving reduction of risks and costs,
improved efficiencies, and better methodologies.
- Work with owners and banks
to provide for financial needs of the company.

- Moderate amount of walking
and climbing.
- Handling heavy binders and
storage boxes.
- Extensive writing.
- Prolonged periods of
sitting and using a computer.
