Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and understanding of the "Quality Culture" that must be spread throughout the company
- Oversee the quality control program and QC team members
- Monitor certification requirements to customers
- Maintain and control customer specifications
- Manage supplier approval and customer audits
Rookie requirements:
-
High school graduate
- Minimum of three years’ experience in the areas of Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance
- Complete training module FSAT
Physical activity
involved:
- Extensive walking.
- Occasional lifting of metal parts; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help.
- Some climbing of stairs.
- Extensive periods of sitting down and working with personal computers.
