Team member's role and responsibilities: 

• Manage departments per the Organizational Structure.
• Provide in-depth analysis in areas pertaining to costs, risks, opportunities, productivity, methods and systems as they relate to manufacturing. 
• Work closely with various departments in the implementation of efforts involving reduction of risks and costs, improved efficiencies, and better methodologies.
• Continually develop the attitide of safety and teamwork of the workforce.
  

Rookie requirements: 

• Appointment by the Board of Directors.
• B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or at least 10 years of manufacturing experience including roles in leadership and problem solving.
• Demonstrated bility to lead people, discuss technical issues, and read blueprints.
• Completed training module FSAT.

Physical activity involved: 

• Moderate amount of walking, some climbing of ladders, and exposure to heat.
• Occasional lifting of metal parts; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help. 
• Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
• Some business travel.
