Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Manage departments per the
Organizational Structure.
- Oversee the development of
new dies and engineering change orders.
- Provide in-depth analysis
in areas pertaining
to costs, risks, opportunities, productivity, methods and systems as
they relate to quality and engineering.
- Work closely with
various
departments in the implementation of efforts involving reduction of
risks and costs, improved efficiencies, and better methodologies.
- Continually develop the company's technical skills.
- Responsible for oversight and implementation of the FOD Program
Rookie requirements:
- B.S. in Mechanical or
Industrial Engineering or at least 10 years of quality or engineering
experience
including roles in leadership and problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to
lead
people, discuss technical issues, and understand technical and quality
issues.
- Completed training module
FSAT.
Physical activity
involved:
- Moderate amount of walking,
some climbing, and exposure to heat.
- Extensive periods of
sitting and using a computer.
- Moderate business travel.
