Objective: To learn paperwork needs and procedures involved with each shipment, including how to use the computer to generate much of that paperwork.

Syllabus: Two sessions...
bullet Session covers in detail the paperwork necessary with each shipment (office and shipping papers).
bullet Session explaining how to use computer.
bullet Completion: Sign off by teacher that employee has a good understanding of paperwork needs and computer usage.
