- Provide customer service

- Ensure customer related
information flows per Trinity Operating Procedures

Rookie requirements:
- High school
graduate
- Proficient typing
skills
- Windows based computer
skills to include Excel and Word
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written and
communication skills
- Complete training module FSAT, CSRV
- Working knowledge of
TOP-ORDER
Physical activity
involved:
- Extensive sitting using a
PC and phone
- Some walking and climbing
stairs
