Team member's role and responsibilities: 

• Oversee projects directed to large quote packages, customer approval audit, USG and 2nd tier solicitations needs and sub vendor negotiation/approval. 
• Managing large cap ex building and equipment projects. 
• Direct project audits and report resutls; follow-up on adverse findings. 
• Act as management representative for project related matters.
• Accumulate cost factors required for quotation for large packages as needed.
• Initial estimating and final coordination for pricing of quotation for large quote packages as needed. 
• Help with quoting procedures as needed. 

Rookie requirements: 

• B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or at least 10 years of manufacturing experience including roles in leadership and problem solving.
• Proficient in use of computer.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people, discuss technical issues, and read blueprints.
• Familiarity with the logical steps of problem solving.
• Experience in working with computer spreadsheets. 
• Complete training module EGPR, PRNT and FSAT 
• High school graduate 

Physical activity involved: 

• Limited walking and climbing stairs.
• Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
