Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Review customer specifications and ensure Trinity Forge can meet the customer's requirements.
- Conduct cost analyses of proposed processes to meet requirements.
- Work with Trinity engineers to develop design to maximum customer satisfaction along with forge ability.
- Work
with the sales department, other Trinity engineers and Trinity Forge
team members to design a cost-effective forging (including related
tooling) suitable for the need and suitable to the forger.
- To keep prints updated and revisions current on all computer systems
Rookie requirements:
- B.S. in technical or engineering related field or 5 years of forging design experience.
- Complete training module EGPR, FSAT, PRCP, FAIN, PRNT and GDTT within 90 days of hire.
Physical activity
involved:
- Moderate walking and climbing stairs.
- Extensive periods of sitting and working with personal computer.
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help.
