Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Carry out machining duties as assigned by Machining Department Supervisor or Machining
Superintendent.
- Learn all about the equipment assigned to operate and the other equipment in the shop.
- Operate in a safe manner and report any hazardous situations to any coach.
- Strive for self and team improvement.
- Review and become familiar with the company's TOPs Manual, especially all TOPs related to this team position.
Rookie requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent or two years similar machining experience.
- Completion of DEBU, CNCT, PRNT, MTEL, GRIN, FSAT, MANH training modules within 120 days.
Physical activity
involved:
- Some walking,sitting, bending,pushing,and pulling.
- Lifting of up to 50 pounds; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help.
