Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- To manage all shifts of the Machining Department
- To continually develop Trinity Forge from a machining perspective
- To
ensure that company's objective of producing a quality machined part at
a competitive price while delivering it on time can be achieved
- To resolve grievances and enforce company's policies pertaining to safety, discipline, promotions, vacations, etc.
- To hire and fire within company guidelines
- To relentlessly improve the machining process
- To enforce TOPs throughout the Machining Department
Rookie requirements:
- High school education (or GED) with advanced training (especially mechanical engineering and human resources) a real plus
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive machining experience in a machine shop environment.
- Complete training module FSAT
Physical activity
involved:
- Moderate walking; occasional lifting of steel parts; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help.
