Format: HTML files including hyperlinks to other documents and forms.

Retention: Server Backup

Special requirements (if any) :

All documents covered by TDocs must have appropriate (as judged by QA Manager):

Identification and description (e.g., a title, date, author, or reference number)
Format (e.g., language, software version, graphics) and media (e.g., paper, electronic)>
Review and approval for suitability, adequacy, and availability
Protection from physical loss, loss of confidentiality, improper use, or loss of integrity

Notes (if any) :

Where appropriate to enable frequent users to quickly link to a spreadsheet or downloadable form, the Name line should include a hyperlink. Forms and other templates can be saved in the Forms subdirectory of the TDocs directory.

The TDoc ID is a simple abbreviating and running together of the doc’s name so Management Review Packet gets the ID "MgmtRvPckt" and its TDoc file name is "MgmtRvPckt.html". This naming convention allows a standard directory listing to serve as an index. Release date is used as the revision level.
