Capabilities

Trinity Forge houses 7 Lasco computer-controlled hydraulic hammers and 2 traditional drop hammers, allowing us to offer near-net forgings up to approx. 160 lbs. in net weight.

Trinity Forge also maintains 25 small presses for pre-forming and trimming operations. In addition, we have automated conveyor-fed induction heaters, standard induction heaters and gas slot furnaces for pre-heating of billets.
