TFTP-WLDH: Welder Helper

Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Anticipate and promptly respond to various material request from welders
- Help maintain an organized and clean welding area
- Communicate with welders on the priority of jobs pending
- Exercise good safety habits
Rookie requirements:
- High School Graduate
- At least one year in Machine division or industrial welding environment
- Complete modules TRAC, MATE, MANH, MHAN
- Optionally complete FAIN
Physical activity
involved:
- Extensive walking, standing and climbing.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help.
