Instructor walking employee through machining department taking advantage of whatever machined parts are in production to demonstrate how to determine causes of machining difficulties and how to identify corrective action | |
Using same parts explaining which features to avoid as fixtures points and why | |
Introduction to crib attendant and overview of how crib works and locating shop supplies | |
Instructor walking employee through the Machine Shop and Warehouse explaining how the material is ordered and what the different parts of the process are called | |
Demonstration of where to find the different paperwork used in supervision and how to fill it out and where to file it | |
Overview of duties outside of supervision employee may be called upon to perform | |
Observe other Supervisors in action, other Supervisors observing employee | |
Completion of fork lift and crane operation training films | |
Using Made2Manage, explain how and why information is entered into the system |
Completion: Sign off by instructor that training has been completed and employee expressed understanding
