Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Oversee First Article Requirements, sale to ship, as required by customers.
- Act as a liaison between Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Engineering.
- Generate charts and spreadsheets and product quality measuring, including SPC.
- Reinforce
the Trinity Forge "Quality Culture" through attention to detail,
appearance of documents and the accuracy of the documents.
- Assist in completion of Internal Audits and Root Cause Analysis.
- Operate as a "back-up" to the functions of the Quality Assurance Assistant.
- Assist with the implementation of Corrective Actions or derivatives thereof, as needed.
Rookie requirements:
- High school graduate or GED.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Computer and internet knowledge a must.
- Must be able to read and understand basic blueprints.
- Minimum of three years' experience in the areas of Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with Trinity Forge Quality Manual, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ASME NCA-3800 and ASME NQA-1 (Part 1).
- Complete training modules MATH and FSAT.
Physical activity
involved:
- Extensive walking.
- Occasional lifting of metal parts; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help.
- Some climbing stairs.
- Extensive periods of sitting down and working with personal computers.
