Coach(es): Post Forge Supervisor

Team member's role and responsibilities: 

• Perform all duties pertaining to Post Forge department. 
• Ability to organize and schedule work for all Post Forge areas. 
• Administratively substitute for Post Forge Supervisor in case of absence. 
• Work independently and maintain Shop Schedule. 
• Train Post Forge employees on how to operate equipment and do their job in a safe manner. 
• Follow safety guidelines.

Rookie requirements: 

• High school graduate or equivalent. 
• Texas Driver License. 
• Meet all rookie requirements for Post Forge Helper. 
• Ability to work without supervision. 
• Must complete HARD module.

Physical activity involved: 

• Constant usage of both hands/arms in reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting parts weighing up to 50 pounds; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help. 
• Frequent bending/twisting at waist/knees/neck and occasional sitting while driving. 
• Constant attention, mental alertness, and concentration on driving and work surroundings required to avoid hazards. 
• Conditions include: outdoor weather, dust, noise, moving equipment and dirt.
