Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance
duties as assigned by Leadman or supervisor.
- Learn the maintenance requirements for each piece of equipment and
follow the P.M. schedule as assigned.
- Report hazardous situations to Maintenance Leadman.
- Oil, grease, and overall maintain assigned pieces of equipment
Rookie requirements:
- Complete training modules
PMNT and MDNH within 45 days of employment.
Physical activity
involved:
- Extensive walking, climbing
of ladders, some bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, crawling,
pushing, and pulling.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help
