TFTP-MFGM: Manufacturing Manager

Team member's role and responsibilities: 

• Manage all manufacturing departments, raw material sourcing and scheduling
• Provide in-depth analysis in areas pertaining to costs, productivity, methods and systems as they relate to the manufacturing aspects of the computer 
• Work closely with various departments in the implementation of ideas involving improved efficieny, reduction of costs, and better methodology

Rookie requirements: 

• B.S. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or at least 10 years of manufacturing experience including roles in leadership and problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people, discuss technical issues, and read blueprints.
• Completed training module FSAT.

Physical activity involved: 

• Moderate amount of walking, some climbing of ladders, and exposure to heat.
• Occasional lifting of metal parts; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help. 
• Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
