TFTP-MAMG: Maintenance Manger

Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Control the quality, duration, cost, thoroughness of work and the time lost between jobs and shift changes.
- Refine
and finalize labor, parts, priorities and methods so that the
maintenance personnel are use as efficiently as possible.
- Make tactical decisions so that jobs stay on schedule.
- Become familiar with TOPS Manual, especially those procedures that relate to the Maintenance Department.
Rookie requirements:
- At least 10 year’s extensive maintenance experience.
- A good understanding of the company’s equipment in terms of layout and characteristics.
- Familiarity with the use of a Maintenance Management Program (e.g. MP2).
- Complete training module PMNT.
Physical activity
involved:
- Extensive walking with some stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, and exposure to heat.
