Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Review project requirements, constraints, and
all project related information to develop appropriate plan(s) of
action for successful and on-time project completion.
- Manage the entire project process to ensure total and on-time project completion.
- Provide weekly updates to VP-Quality and Engineering.
- Delegate project activities to the appropriate personnel.
- Direct
hatch, in-process, and follow-up meetings to provide real-time process
progression updates and keep project on track for on-time
completion.
- Oversee project follow-up to prompt team member feedback on project progress.
- Direct project audits and report results; follow-up on adverse findings.
- Maintain key project documention.
- Act as management representative for project related matters.
- Direct After Action Review meeting(s) at end of project.
Rookie requirements:
- High school graduate.
- Proficient in the use of computer.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with the logical steps of problem solving.
Ongoing requirements:
- Documented weekly project assessment that is reviewed by VP-Quality & Engineering until project is classifed complete.
- After Action Review meetings to learn and continuously improve the process.
Physical activity
involved:
- Moderate walking and climbing.
- Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
- Extensive writing.
