Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Help production shop keep production flowing
with a minimum of interruptions due to down trimmer equipment
Maintain trimmers
Effect repairs on trimmer through grinding, stamping, or other
techniques to minimize scrap or rework parts
Identify and correct tooling imperfections
Make proper adjustments to trimmer equipment on shop floor promptly,
safely, and efficiently so that production flow suffers minimum
disruptions
Rookie requirements:
Physical activity
involved:
- Standing, operating hand grinders, using large
wrenches, adjusting tooling set-up
Some bending, pushing, pulling, and welding Lifting objects up to 50
pounds; any lifting over 50 pounds use crane or hoist or ask for help.
