- Guide the progress of corrective action or
project action (CAR or PAR) from initiation through implementation of a
plan of action and effectiveness review.
- Coach other team members on how to effectively pursue CARs and PARs.
Rookie requirements:
- Familiarity with the logical steps of problem solving.
- Familiarity with all aspects of TOP-CARRR.
- Approval of the VP-Quality & Engineering.
Physical activity

- Extensive periods of sitting and using a computer.
