TFTP-BMDS: CNC Die Sinker

Die/Tooling Supervisor, Machining Department Programmer, Machining Superintendent
Team member's role
and responsibilities:
- Set up and Operate all CNC Die Sinking Equipment used to machine Dies and or tooling.
- Be capable of handling multiple tasks such as keeping as many as three machines operating at one time.
- Must be able to work independently and look for ways to best utilize time while machines are running.
- Able to hand write simple programs at the machine.
- Polish and hand work Dies.
- Pour plaster casts of Die impressions as needed.
- Operate in a safe manner and report any hazardous situations to any coach.
- Review, become familiar with and follow the company's TOP'S Manual.
Rookie requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED
and a minimum of three years experience as a CNC machinist.
- An ability to communicate and work well with other Team Members.
Physical activity
involved:
- Some walking, extensive
standing, bending, lifting of up to 50 lbs., any lifting over 50 lbs
use crane or hoist or ask for help, pushing and pulling.
