Trinity Operating Procedures - TOPs

TOP-SCRTY: Security Matters

Rev: 02/29/2020

Scope: Security concerns of any type.

Procedure:

Trinity Forge & Machine takes security matters very seriously. If you have any concern about the security of the physical plant, working environment, products, materials, tools, data, intellectual property, or whatever please bring that concern to your supervisor, any manager, or any officer.

Below specific areas are addressed. Details are obviously omitted.

Physical plant: In addition to fences around all manufacturing areas, the building and grounds are covered by networked security cameras. Visitors are required to sign in upon arrival.

Materials and product: Trinity works with customers and regulatory agencies to provide any level of security required for specific components and products. Counterfeit products such as raw material should be monitored routinely.

Workforce: New hires are subject to background checks. Trinity also actively participates in the Immigration and Naturalization Service's IMAGE program.

Crime: Trinity has a close relationship with local law enforcement agencies and prosecutes all crimes it believes to have been committed against the company or on company property.

Data: IT security is covered in TOP-SYSTM.
